Services

Do you operate on Sundays and public holidays?
We offer service every day of the year except December 25th

Shared Shuttle Stops

When do I need to arrive at the stop?
You should arrive 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
What if the bus/van is delayed?
Florida Red Line Shuttle will contact you if there is an unforeseen delay. Please provide a mobile phone number on your reservation.
Will you pick up at my house?
On shared shuttle routes, door to door pick up is permissible within 5 miles off the route. There is an additional charge per person for this service.

Baggage

What is the baggage allowance?
Per passenger, ticket pricing allows:
  • 1 carry on piece, which must be fit under the seat
  • 2 checked pieces, not to exceed 50 pounds.
Additional baggage will incur a fee.

Reservations and Tickets

How do I pay?
You may pay online using your credit card.
How long is my ticket valid?
Five months from date of purchase.
Are the fares listed one way or round trip?
All fares listed are one way only.
Are tickets refundable
Tickets cancelled with 48 hours notice will receive a partial refund. No shows are non-refundable.

Traveling with Children and Pets

Do I have to pay for children?
Children under 2 ride for free; however, they will use a seat so please indicate the number of children under 2 on your reservation. Children 2 and older pay full ticket price.
Do children need a child safety seat?
In compliance with Florida law, children 3 years and younger must be in a federally approved child restraint seat. Children 4-5 years old, may be in a child restraint seat or seat belt. However, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recommends children up to the age of 12 should be in a child safety seat.
Do I need to provide child safety seat(s) for my children?
You may bring your own child safety seats OR we can provide them. Please indicate on your reservation the number of each type of seat you require in order for the driver to have them available for your trip.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed. Working animals providing a service for a passenger with special needs are allowed.

Special Needs

I use a seeing-eye dog. Do I need to pay a ticket for the dog?
No. Service animals ride for free. However, the animal will take up a seat, so please indicate on your reservation that you will be accompanied by a service animal.
I use a wheelchair. Are your buses/vans wheelchair accessible?
Please indicate on your reservation that you have wheelchair.
